Rough Wire Drawing Unit for Solid Wire
The drawing process of welding wire is divided into rough drawing and fine drawing.
The rough drawing process draws the wire base material aboutФ6.0mm or Ф5.5mm that has undergone wire pretreatment to wire about Ф2.0mm.
In this drawing process, 560 series drawing machines are mostly used.

Safety Protection
- The whole machine will brake and stop immediately if the wire is broken.
- Every capstan respectively has shield When the machine is running, if open the shield, the machine will deceleration and stop, if the switch of ‘Ignore wire breakage is on, it has no such function.
- Control buttons, emergency brake units, water, and air are set on the front part.
- Automatic alarm when the air pressure is insufficient.
Control System
- Systemcontrolled by Inovance PLC made in China, touch panel is WEINVIEW.
- All-digital communications control is adopted, touch panel(HMI) is equipped. The system is able to monitor, display various process parameters and fault of the equipment.
- Inverters are Inovance made in China, AC motors are made in C
- Pneumatic components and valve used AIRTAC Taiwan.
- The main low-voltage electrical appliances are SCHNEIDER, other products are made in China.

Vertical Wire Drawing Machine
Vertical wire drawing machines are traditional old models and they are increasingly being replaced by horizontal wire drawing machines in solid wire production line.
Dancer
There are 5 wheels and material of it is HT200. The Tensioning manner of Dancer is Spring tension and non-contact displacement sensor is installed on it.
Bobbin Take-up Machine
- Outside diameter of bobbin in the spooling machine can be designed according to customer’s requirements.
- The wire winding with constant tension controlled by inverter. Wire tension stability can reduce deformation of wire which caused by uneven winding effectively.
- Bobbin clamping by cylinder, and have a check valve, avoid the bobbin is falling off when the air pressure suddenly reduced.
