Asynchronous Motor Vertical Wire Drawing Machine

Each block is equipped with a foot switch, control buttons and a separate operating panel. The operation is simple and convenient. Each block is fitted with an independent pressure regulating valve to enable tension adjustment and ensure stability.

The motor is fitted with a brake disc. It can be computer-controlled to ensure the machine stops accurately, quickly and steadily.

Material of the capstan: ZG45 steel, spraying TC (tungsten carbide) on the working surface, hardness HRC62, it is hard and It is wear-resistant without damaging the surface of the welding wire.

It features thermal spray zinc processing on the inner surface of the capstan, which effectively prevents scaling and extends the maintenance cycle.

The bearings of the main shaft are made of high quality, the oil filling hole is drawn out to the outside of the capstan, facilitating butter filling and effectively extending the service life of the bearings.

The capstan and the die box of cooling water fluctuation conduit layout are Reasonable and easy to maintain.

Each block is equipped with some control buttons, such as Single/Multi, JOG forward/JOG back, Start, Stop and so on.
