The submerged arc welding（SAW） wire production line is a complete set of equipment specifically designed for manufacturing SAW wires.
Using hot-rolled wire rod (typically Φ5.5mm or Φ6.5mm) as raw material, it processes the wire through surface pre-treatment, multiple drawing passes, surface treatment (copper-plated or non-copper-plated), and winding and packaging to produce finished submerged arc welding wires that meet industry standards.
