Layer winding machine is used to precisely and regularly wind the finished welding wire from the large spool onto the standard welding wire reel layer by layer in accordance with the preset number of layers, pitch and tension, so as to form a small-packaged finished product that is convenient for storage, transportation and application.

We are one of the earliest manufacturers who designs and develops layer winding machines in China.

Currently, we can provide solid wire and FCW wire layer winding machines, as well as SAW wire layer winding machines. The newly developed HRZU3000 series of automatic layer winding machines can significantly reduce labor costs.
