Main Features
SX11-300 wet drawing machine is designed for the fine drawing of aluminum welding wire, adopted with circulating oil lubricant, to ensure the high quality of the surface of final welding wire.
Machine frame is welded with steel plates, and the total storage capacity of lubrication oil is 1.4 cubic meters.
Adopted with circulating oil lubrication, equipped with an water cooler to reduce the temperature of the drawing oil.
Two sets of 5 dies box, and one rotating die box, adopts rotating die as the last die to correct the ovality of welding wire.
The diameter of capstan is Φ300mm, direct water cooling from inside of the capstan.
Adopted with wire separating wheel form to reduce surface damage caused by friction between aluminum wire.
The surface of capstan and tower wheel are coated with WC hard alloy powder, HRC60.
Timing belt transmission is used between the tower wheels and the tower capstan.
