Ultrasonic Washing Machine
The machine frame is made of stainless steel.
The material of the wire wheel is nylon, with an outer diameter of 300mm and 12 grooves.
The center distance between the two wheels is 3080mm, and the online wire accumulation length is 84m.
The ultrasonic generator is installed in a stainless steel water tank, with two vibration plates on top and bottom.
The vibration frequency of the ultrasonic generator is 25-35KH, and the power is 4KW.
The lower water tank is equipped with a set of 2000W * 6 electric heating tubes for heating, and the temperature of the cleaning solution is automatically controlled.

Rinsing Machine
Machine frame is made of stainless steel.
After ultrasonic cleaning, it enters the rinsing machine and it is driven by two circulating pumps to circulate clean water in the pipeline.
The first two stages are cold water cleaning, and the last stage is hot water cleaning.
A set of 2000W * 3 electric heating pipes for heating in a hot water tank, with automatic control of hot water temperature.
Dry the washed aluminum wire with 8 air blows.

Drying Tube
Air tube drying, automatic control of drying temperature.
Drying tube heating power: 22.5KW.
The hot air in the drying oven is circulated, and the circulating fan adopts a 750W circulating centrifugal hot air fan.

Take-up Dancer
Dancer can detect and adjust the tension acting on wire and the tension can be adjust to maintain the constant tension on wire.
The wheel is made of nylon to protect the surface of welding wire.
Take-up Machine
Suitable for bobbin designed by customer’s requirement.
Constant tension while winding and equipped with tension sensor to maintain the constant winding tension.
Adopted with pneumatic tightening the bobbin and is designed with a pneumatic one-way valve stop function to prevent the bobbin from falling off when the air pressure suddenly drops.
Wire arrangement is driven by an independent motor to drive the timing belt. Adjustable spacing of wire to prevent the surface of wire from scratch by friction.
