Wire straightening and cutting machine

Wire feeding device:

Rubber belt caterpillar wire feeding system to keep the wire from damaged.

1) Wire feed roller: Two groups of rollers for wire feeding, the force distribute mechanism  ensure no more abrasive waste of the belt.

2) transmission: double gears with no gap transmission to ensure the cutting blade work well.

 Straightening device

The smooth killing roller can effectively protect the quality of surface. When the high quality products of wire is requested it must be made of plastic materials while the life will be much shorter.

Straightener is constituted by two sets of rollers. Different wire diameter used different straightener, smaller one is chosen when the wire diameter is Φ1.6~2.4mm.

Cutting Type: Flying Shear.

Cutting wheel: diameter is Φ318.47mm (perimeter 1000mm), each wheel is operated with a pair of flying shears. Different diameter of wire required to replace the corresponding flying shear. The flying shear is installed with same size interchangeable. Mouth material of cutting blade for tungsten carbide.

Marking: the seals are situated on one end; upper and under correspondence; When printing tag at one end of the wire, upper and under arranged beside blade.
