Machine Features
The unit is controlled by PLC, man-machine interface and inverter to realize skips of any capstan.
In the process of wire feed, any capstan can be operated in combination.
With the application of touch screen, as the operating panel of drawing parameters input(setting) and operation data display, it can monitor the drawing parameters and operation data of the equipment instantly.
The process has functions of automatic computing of the reduction, reaching the set weight automatically stop, wire broken stop, security protection, operation helps and fault query.
It can start at low speed, automatic acceleration to the set speed.
It has the function of measuring the velocity and the length. When the weight winded is close to the preset weight, the machine will automatically decelerate and stop.
